Sometimes you get fast service 3 days in a row, then new staff is on duty another day and the drive through is backed up. It... seems they put the wrong person at the order/payment window on these days. When I see the takeout line like this I try to goinside. Sometimes the door is locked after 7am even though the door has hours of operation for dining entrance starting at 6:30AM. I guess when they are good, their good. When they're bad, they fail across the board. 9 out of 10 drive through experiences,they have my order on the other screen in the other drive through lane so when I pull up to the window, you do not know what youowe them and this further slows down the progress of the cars in line trying to get to work. i have never had a problem with this mcdonald?s however tonight i stopped here to grab a bite around 12:30AM waiting in the... drive thru line for a good TWENTY minutes to leave with nothing. the night shift workers are so unprofessional and extremelyrude!! when it was my time to order, i was giving to whoever took my order the online code deal (all i know she was latina) andshe was so impatient, IGNORANT and unprofessional!!! unbelieble? left and went to wendy?s where i was well received. It's already several times that I ask for my daughter's Cheeseburger without vegetables and they deliver it to me with onion. ... She is allergic to onions, peanuts and eggs. Tonight at 7:15 someone imagine the manager tells me that the cheeseburger doesnot have vegetables! Is onion a fruit, meat or vegetable? Then She speaks to me with attitude and from the station where shewas she throws the cheeseburger and it falls to the ground, then someone carefully picks it up, thinking that she wasn't lookingand throws it in the trash. Then she told me it's a misunderstanding because she doesn't know who took the order. Well, theorder is taken by whoever is taking orders at the windows for the cars. I didn't like the treatment and the conversation thatthe employees had, it's like this Latino with bad English is bothering. Just a normal "Hi welcome to McDonald's what can I get for you today?" type of greeting however it did have a bit of a delay on... receiving our order so we were asked to move to the 3rd window (after they took my payment of course) & it felt like they forgotus so we was waited an additional approx 6-8 minutes... However they were in appropriate good manners & we had a quick chucklewith the person and went on our way to eat the food... ????????????????????
