As far as Mickey D's goes, it's a decent one. Order is generally correct, drive through tends to be quick. They have the self... order kiosks which are convenient. Staff are pretty decent and welcoming, even to the beggars in the area, who I often seebuying a cup of coffee here. Read more

The guy working the drive through on 8/9/22 at 10:09pm could not get my order right because I was trying to use a deal on the... app. He then told me I was taking too long and that I needed to pay for a order that was wrong or get out of line. So instead ofpaying I went down the road to the next McDonalds next to Hannafords and they got my order right and didn?t overcharge me likethe employee at the other McDonald?s was going to do. The kid working the drive through at the McDonald?s on plain street wasquite rude and clearly didn?t know how to do his job; normally I wouldn?t mind this but he was also going to overcharge mebecause of his incompetence. I went with my three grandsons to buy some happy meals for them. We received friendly and very polite attention, but due to... human error and also involuntary, the toys we had paid for did not come in the boxes. I contacted McDonald's customer serviceand received an unexpected response from the Director of Operations, Mr. Robert Broughton. he very personally he took thenecessary measures to solve the small incident; very quickly and effectively receive the best response for me and mygrandchildren. McDonald's can't even get the order right, and the kids who work there are very rude and they don't listen to anything. Try... giving out napkins and straws we shouldn't have to beg for any ..... By the way I'm a chef and expert if any food place needsany help with Quality over Quantity I can fix it with my knowledge about how to make a customer happy when their ordering food.No one's food should be cold or burnt. A customer does not mind waiting on good food. Let's get back to the basics and rememberwhat made McDonalds number one and a fan favorite.
