My daughter and I went in for lunch yesterday around 1pm. The host was not very nice so I was a little nervous about how the... rest of the experience would be but fortunately it only went up from there. Our waiter was an older gentleman (I wish I couldremember his name) and he was wonderful! Very pleasant, attentive and informative. We had appetizers and 2 soups to start, hetimed everything perfectly. Very good service. Also, the food was absolutely amazing! We walked in to 2 young ladies sucking on toothpicks. We were seated right away because it was Saturday night at 7pm and it was... very empty. The waitress was a little slow but fine. We were seated close enough to the front to see the hostess sittingbetween a slow stream of customers. We haven?t been back here in 8 months and I?m sad to say it?s not better. We chose Outbackover the Tavern because of the flavor of the food. There was straw wrapper on the floor that no one picked up. There was youngman pushing down an overly full trash can and the girls told him to change it if he had a problem with it. Then it literallyspilled over so one of them cleaned it up. Was told order would be ready at 6:10 and it?s 6:50 with no food in sight. Here?s a photo of everyone else wondering where their... food is too. Worst service I?ve had in quite some time, where?s my refund? Edit: Updating this review to 3 stars. Placed a large curbside pickup order and everything was perfect. Had a few special requests on the order to make it easier to... distribute the meals to a large group of hungry people.. Dave was an incredible help and made sure everything was done right.The staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. The food was great! The service was very proffesional and courteous. I havealso had numerous curbside pickups to take home. Everything is always perfect and on time. I will definitely be returning!! Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would . Got a sirloin steak . Asked for medium rare . They gave me straight raw . Complained that... it was raw . And got the 2nd steak and it was still raw . Will never come here again. And the workers are rude . Read more
Hard to believe I paid over $17.00 with Uber eats for these sad little chicken tenders. I started to question whether the Uber... eats driver ate some of the chicken and rice. The container the rice was in was only filled halfway. The honey mustard dippingsauce was also only filled half way. I?m sure that the portions are probably just getting smaller due to inflated foodcosts. Blooming onion was good. Not burnt as it has been in the past. Read more
