My husband and kids went to order food for me from there. Because I'm pregnant and have cravings. Came back home within minutes... and the food was so cold and hard. The bacon cheese burger was hard as a rock. Smh. Read more
Everytime I come here they are either closed for the day or having some kind of excuses to not take orders. I was here today at... around 5:45pm and they had a sign up saying they will close at 7pm. No one was there to take orders and when I drove to thewindow, all the lights we're closed but their were people still inside. Read more
This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. At night the crew shuts off the lights so people will think they are... closed. They close the dining room early and when the line gets long at the drive thru you can't walk in to order. Today I wasthe only 1 in the drive thru and it was 5 minutes to get a soda and a frosty. Worst Wendy?s. Note to a manager: the staff on 6/25/22 at 4:00PM was horrible. If you?re looking for ?FAST? food, do NOT go... here. Terrible service. They took 10+ minutes to take my order at the drive through?Then, after asking what I wanted to order,completely stopped answering! So I parked my car and walked inside ? they hadn?t even placed my order! I waited another 15minutes before getting my meal and then they still made me pay for it, after wasting so much of my time. In the midst of the entitled and impatient, I would like to share that I think this Wendy's is great. The food is almost always... hot and fresh, and my orders are correct probably around 90% of the time. Yes, one can generally expect a wait and not to betreated like the second coming of Christ, but let's be real here -- if you were a teenager being paid minimum wage to put upwith whiny, aggressive, and entitled adults all day, you wouldn't be thrilled to serve the next customer either. Just get yourfood and quit bullying these poor kids who are at least trying to work and make some money for themselves. Read more
