Had a scheduled interview for today at 9:50am. Came an hour early to show legitimate interest in the position i applied for, to... then be told to come in at 9:30am because there was only one manager and restaurant was ""Busy"" . Came in and then was told tocome in at 10am then waited till 10:10am no one interviewed me even after i was told another manager was coming. Whatever woman was working last night around 11 o?clock with purple hair is THE rudest employee I?ve ever came across at this... location. I was picking up a door dash order and by the time I got the 2nd window i had gotten a 2nd order so I asked for it.She made me go around which was fine. When I drove around no one was in line so i went straight to the window and once againwith her nasty attitude she said ? uh no you have to check it in at the speaker ? like she didn?t already know I was picking itup. Wow, a half an hour in the drive thru at 7pm. What a waste of time. This place has one speed slow. Service that doesn't cut... corners... You have to be kidding me. What service? Don't waste your time. And they screwed up the order... How to you get asmall soda when you order a med size meal?? Unbelievable. Read more
Lazy,lazy,lazy.They have the lobby closed won't serve you at the window if you are on foot. They have 7 or 8 employees and they... don't want to work telling me they don't have enough workers.I counted at the least 7 individual workers, people are so lazy nowa days the worst part is that they want great pay but they have the worst customer service ever. We went there Sunday night and the drive through had several cars. That happens often to our local Wendy's too but here in... Norwood they tend to be very slow so when we see a line we don't even bother waiting as it can be 20 minutes before even placingyour order. For this one we were hangry so we figured we would wait. They were actually quite fast and we were ordering within 5minutes. We decided to order through the app to save some time. We did and when we got to the speaker to order we said the nameand thought it was ok. Turns out the app let us order an item that they said they didn't have on the board so we didn't knowwhat would happen. I asked for an extra BBQ sauce with my nuggets cause the app didn't let me add one and they said of course.They didn't mention the out of stock item on the speaker and we only saw the notice as we were driving away. When we got to thefront to pick up our order they tell us about the out of stock sandwich so my wife asks what they have as a replacement so shetells us all the chicken sandwiches and she says I would like one without mayo. They were very friendly and say we can make anywithout mayo. So she orders the spicy chicken and I emphasize that she hates mayo that's why. They assure us it won't have mayoand prepare the order. When we took everything to eat we find out that asking for an extra BBQ sauce resulted in no BBQ sauceand Saying no mayo didn't matter as they didn't pay attention and put mayo anyway. Maybe even more than normal :p So basicallyreally polite, but can't pay attention to do their job correctly which is probably why a long line moves fast. Just glad it'snot the Wendy's that's near us. We may avoid ours when theirs a long line, but at least when we do order they pay attention toany requests. Usually... Read more
Horrible night shift staff experience. I placed my order at the drive thru window and i expressed to the woman taking the order... that i had a coupon and she said please show it to me at the window so upon showing her she states their scanner is down andthey cant honor the coupon so i asked for a manager and the girl closes the window and repeats what i said to the manager with asassy tone and the manager comes and says she cant honor it and i told them why didnt they tell me that when i expressed i hadthe coupon and now im negative 500 points on my acct so basically wasted a free meal. Im sorry i know its just a meal but themanager and the other staff was rude and unprofessional and to top it off they gave me diet coke not regular and i swear theydid it on purpose. Bad bad night service!!! I want there last night I asked for 1 orders if four for four and 1 biggy bag and some baconator... fries... Wen I got to the window the girl gave me my bag I notice my order was incomplete my burgers were disgusting inapproached the window again they took my bag gave me a different order.... Then I went back and the manager was there talking inthe window with this friends when i asked to talked to him he ignored me and went backed inside.... I asked to get my ordercorrect and the girl in the window gave me a nasty attitude took my bag again and they messed up my entired order for the 3rdtime they came a bag that looked like they were dealing withba dog...... It's the end of 2022 and their lobby is still closed, drive through only. I've had more errors on my orders and missing food at... this location than at any other location combined. The drive through is also extremely slow, at times they literally take andmake a single order at a time as if there was only a single employee in the entire store. The management of this location isclearly failing in every regard, it isn't the employees themselves, its the managers in charge of them that need to go. I see onthe official website that this location is now closed 7 days a week, not surprised with such management. Read more
