Very interesting place for any fan of art. All different kinds. Something for anyone. Very large group of artists. Well... worth the trip. The art is all indoors in a 5 story old mill building. Even the old mill is art as well. They don't buildbuilding like this any more. You can visit and see lots of art displayed outside of studios, but I hear they have times wherethey encourage artists to all be open and you can see the most art. Best thing is the art is always expanding and changing, soa repeat visit will not disappoint. Read more

Great spaces with all types of artists, a cafe and a little brewery to quench your thirst after your walk about.

I feel strongly that it is important to share a word of caution to any creative or photographer who is thinking about renting... space here. I subleased a studio space here, and experienced extreme harassment by my neighbors for over 7 months, until I wasable to end my lease. My clients felt uncomfortable being in the space, and it stopped feeling safe for my business to evenbring paying clients into the space. I found the staff to be rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Leaving this studio was the bestthing I ever did for my business! There are so many incredible studio spaces out there, fellow photographers! This is not oneof them! Read more

There is so much to see here. Definitely come on a open house Saturday. It?s the first Saturday of the month. All the artists... will have their stores open. It?s 3 floors packed with local artists willing to talk about their work and sell it. My husbandand I bought matching hand made mugs on the first floor. They are our go to coffee cups now. Read more

Unfortunately, not all the studios are open on every Saturday, but December almost all are open for Christmas shopping. Some of... the artists serve more, unique/odd, tastes. There are some real diamond in the rough artists. There are two glass artists thatare amazing!! I would highly recommend going to their shops. Both are named Aron /aaron. We buy our glass wear from Aron sincehis work is amazing and reasonably priced. There are also a few water color and oil painting artists with real talent.Definitely worth a visit if you haven't gone. Living in Boston, I really loved how big the venue was and how reasonable pricedthe items were. Read more

There is always something interesting going on here. With more than 300 artists living, working and creating in all kinds of... media. Open studios are the first Saturday of every month where you can meet many of the artists in their studios. The LoadingDock Gallery is open Wednesday through Sunday with representative works from many of the artists for sale. Around the holidayyou can count on the studios being open Saturday and Sunday, with free parking. A new addition is Navigation Brewery with craftbeer made on site. Another special treat are the occasional shows put on by the Miracle Providers. Adjacent to Western AveStudios are the Lofts where artists live and work. Great place to find something special and unique. Read more
