The lunch is pretty good, but this is my go to spot for breakfast fast food. They have the best hash browns, super good and... crispy I Also will always get the French toast sticks, was never the biggest fan of them till I tried the ones at burger kingand they are my absolute favorite, I could eat those every day! The cinnamon rolls are very good to! The iced coffee isn't badeither! Read more

I spent 60 minutes in the drive through. Due to design of the building once you are in the line you can't escape. I finally get... to the window and they mess up my order. This is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. This place should be closed down.Wasted an hour of my life and to not even get food. Read more

I would give this location negative stars if I could. We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. We waited so long that the people... behind us started honking in frustration. My ghost pepper whopper was so dried out, it was like eating ghost pepper jerky. Weordered three combo meals and only received two fries. I am done with this Burger King. Read more

Went thru drive-thru and ordered a number 10 (original chicken sandwich) and a big king meal. First the person working drive... thru was obviously less than thrilled to be there. He never gave us our change. When i bit into the burger it was so cold itmade me gag and was thrown away. The chicken sandwich we recieved wasnt even the right chicken. It was supposed to be na"original chocken sandwich) instead we got a breaded chicken breast on a round bun with bacon, swiss, and what i can onlydescribe as a rancid sauce. It was discusting and smelled horrible, couldnt even attempt to eat it she spit it out before shecould even chew. Then, one meal was supposed to come with onion rings... there were exactly 4 onion ring in the box thats it!And they were like rubber. Apparently when they arent busy they just serve whatever has been sitting there instead of makingfresh food with the xorrect portions. This was the first time at this location, but it is always a roadtrip stop to share alittle chicken with our dog. Im not even being dramatic qhen i say our dog stuck her face in the bag and turned around and layeddown in the backseat. Ive worked in fast food and other restaraunts(and yes burger king was one of them) not only would i neverhave served a cutomer what we recieved today, i would be embarassed if anyone onmy crew thought that it was ok. I will not beback to this location, its discusting. If this is what they serve everyone im surprised they havent gotten shut down for makingpeople sick, not acceptable in any way! Read more

Unfortunately, my experience is consistently bad here. Let me first say I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I can't... recommend this location at all. The people are nice enough and unfortunately, that's where the positives end. 20 minute wait atthe drive through this morning and I was the third car in line. (I get it- there are signs posted everywhere about staffingissues once you get up to the window, unfortunately once you get up there to read them and realize what's going on you arelocked in line and cannot get out) There appeared to be one person working that was literally taking an order and then walkingback and cooking it, handing it off and then taking the next order. It was about seven minutes per car with this method. WhenI received my order it was the wrong sandwich, the egg on the sandwich was burned, the hash browns were burned, no napkins inthe bag and no ketchup that I asked for. She was already gone to the back by the time I discovered some of this not in the bag,and I knew she wouldn't be back for another five to seven minutes, so no way I was waiting more. I waited twenty minutes andpaid ten dollars to throw eight dollars of inedible food in the trash... at least the prepackaged orange juice was good. Neveragain. Read more

Disappointed. First I realize that it is hard to get help right now and I always make a point to say thank you to the employees... that are working. So I place my order and get to the window, the employee tells me the price and I had him my card. That histhe only thing that employee said was the price for my meal. When they handed the drink to me it was a fast "here it is" towhich I said again thanks. When the window opened again they handed me the bag and closed the window quickly and turned away. I get home and check the bag and there are missing items and no receipt. Employees need to be respectful but unfortunately thisemployee was not. Read more

I?m here right now, 9/10/22 at 1:09pm. It?s busy, they are short staffed and trying to train new people. I don?t know what... you?re paying this manager with the blonde hair, but DOUBLE IT! As someone in management myself, I?d hire this guy in aheartbeat. He?s remaining cool under pressure, remaining in a tone that is educational to his people, giving field general likecommands that are easy to understand and supportive. This is the type of leader we need in the country and I would shake hishand, but he?s busy with his nose to the ground. To anybody I?m leadership reading this?be more like this man! And if anyonefrom BK is reading this, recognize and acknowledge this man for what I just witnessed. Also this place is CLEAN as a whistleinside. Read more

The Burger King is having staffing issues. As one comes up to the drive through, there's a note with an apology for the slow... service one might receive. I appreciate it when the manager let's one know right away what the problem is. As a way to assureone that they are doing what they can, the apology was posted with another note asking for applications to be submitted on thespot. Again, that is a good way to inform one of how they are addressing the problem. All I wanted was a drink for the road.Once my order was taken, I was soon on my way. Read more
