Absolutely awful service. Told us to wait, then took two other people's orders before ours. Then, we ordered our food and pulled... to the window got our food and they forgot half of our food. Then when we went to go get the food they forgot, the MANAGER madeus pay extra for something THEY forgot. The manager was rude. And they always forget at least one food item you order. Good foodyes, but this is ridiculous. Read more
What can you say, Culver's is great. The food is always fresh, quick, and tasty. The only catch with this location, and I truly... believe it's temporary, is all the new employees means there are sometimes mix ups. No problem if eating there, a little lessideal if you've taken it home. Still everyone here is friendly and I enjoy going there. Read more

The interior was very well kept up when we walked in, and we had no issues ordering food. I ordered their spicy chicken... sandwich, and it was very good and spicy too. Definitely worth the price for the quality and the speed of service! Read more
The best Culver?s in Lowell is hand down the best Culver?s I have visited, I am honestly shocked at how well they do running... that place with how new of a restaurant it is. The managers and staff members are very kind and always have a smile on theirfaces, there has been a couple times I have had to have something corrected and the managers go out of their way to make surethat the customer is happy and that your food is fresh and delicious. I am also very impressed with how quickly they?re able toget people in and out of there. They are always very busy whenever I drive past her stop by but even if there is a line aroundthe building I?ve still never sat there and waited for my food for longer than a couple minutes. I usually get my food faster atthis Culver?s then I do it any other fast food restaurant here in lowell including McDonald?s! 10 out of 10, wonderful, clean,polite and friendly, Always fresh food and always very delicious fountain pop that has the perfect amount of bubbles and isnever flat but always extra bubbly how us fountain pop junkies like it lol! I gave Culver's a four star rating because of something I discovered during my visit. The seating at Culvers seems to be... designed to keep the clientele moving on and out after 20 minutes or so. I had a very good meal of fish with fries and coleslaw.But I also had to kill some time while waiting for another person to call me to pick them up. what I found was that my body gotrather stiffened up because the seat became very uncomfortable. So.... Bottom line... Get yourself a good meal, enjoy it, thenfind a different place to hang out for another hour. Read more
