Enjoy their 8 corner pizza. Receipts lack any clarity. ASK what an additional topping will cost as it's usually an excuse to rip... you off. Read more

Excessively greasy is the downside, and the price (which is average nowadays). But this is the best Jets around. The food always... tastes great! And I rarely have any issues at the Lowell location. If you're looking for Greasy Cheezy crunchy pizza look nofurther. Read more

Update. Wife ordered the wrong food and they were awesome to fix it. However, the replacement was uncooked, messy, uncut and... when they closed it the sides went into the pizza and toppings were everywhere. I spend/spent 50$ a week forever there. I'mtired of blaming short staff owners I feel your pain but this is becoming a Lowell theme. 2 hours before they were closed wewere told no more deliveries today 02/17/18 best pizza in town but bad work ethics. EDIT: After receiving the negative review through google, management gave us a contact on who to call. After calling they took... care of the issue. I appreciate them taking care of it. I ordered a pizza and they completely botched it not adding the rightthings. As well as that they gave me cheese bread instead of normal bread sticks? Making it so one person in my party couldn?thave anything to eat that we ordered. I called them to have them maybe credit or fix things. They stated they would only dosomething about it if I drove back to their store twenty minutes. I understand mistakes being made, especially with staffshortages. But I believe things should be made right when you completely mess up someone?s order. Read more

The eight corner pizza is the way to go. It is really good. Highly recommended. Get the jet bread on the side. Avg price is $35

Absolutely unacceptable. MAKE SURE TO READ ALL REVIEWS!! Mike the GM is consistently rude to his own customers and this has been... going on for YEARS. My younger daughter tried to cancel, was told the food was on its way and was deterred by the store fromcanceling. Instead of being polite to my older daughter who is very ill, Mike chose to be rude when she wouldn?t be home toaccept the delivery someone ordered for her out of their kindness. And if Mike is the owner, do better. I have contactedcorporate with the store information and informed them of the lousy customer service you are offering at thislocation. Response to the owner: Interesting that you couldn?t contact your driver when my daughter had called. My daughtersent me the screen shot of calling you at 9:53 to cancel. And then she called you back to even tell you how rude you were being.This whole situation could?ve been handled more professionally on your end. Instead of making excuses, just apologize for youractions. My daughter shouldn?t have had to arrive to the ER in tears because you couldn?t be kind or professional OVER ONEPIZZA. It wasn?t even that big of an order to even remotely justify treating someone unkindly. And regardless, your deliverywas running late & my daughter needed to cancel because she didn?t want to come home from the hospital to a cold pizza on herfront porch. **Please check their Facebook page for additional reviews. This isn?t the first time the GM Mike has been rude to... customers.** I would give zero stars if I could. My sister across the state ordered a pizza for delivery because she knew I washaving a terrible day. When she called me and told me she had a surprise being delivered I informed her I would be leaving myhouse soon to go to the hospital. She called to cancel & they told her the food was on its way already. I tried waiting sincejets is only 10 minutes from my house. At 9:52 it still wasn?t here and I needed to be on my way. I called to have it canceledand was met with rude commentary from Mike. I shouldn?t have to tell someone my private information for them to treat me kindly.Things happen sometimes & we should treat everyone with kindness because we do not know the circumstances. My husband and I havebeen loyal customers since we moved to Lowell a few years ago BUT we will not be ordering for this location ever again. Edit:Now the owner is telling MY family that no one was rude to ME. Clearly you were rude if I called back upset because of the wayyou spoke to me. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Also my husband and I have NEVER had to cancel an order from thisstore before. They have canceled our orders due to their short staff and we have never been rude to them. Even when we had towait over 30 minutes to be contacted that the order couldn?t be delivered. We have even changed our orders to pickup in the pastbecause they were unfortunately under staffed.
