Hit or Miss. The service is great but I've ordered gotten home to find out things I paid for aren't on my sub and I live over 20... minutes to drive back. Other times it's perfect but either way I will keep going back because I like Jimmy John's food. Read more
Ordered the #5 Veto Cookie and Soft drank. Literally under 10 minutes from phone order to setting down and eatting this... delicious combo. Cookie was so soft. Hands down best place in town and freaky fast delivery!! Good job! Read more

Very disappointed with the service and products received at this Jimmy John's location. We typically stop once a week for a... couple of sandwiches'. On several occasions the sandwiches' were not prepared as ordered (e.g. incorrect sauce on sandwich,sandwich no cut as requested, etc.). This last order included a bag of chips from a reward. The bag contained a total of 12chips. Compared to my wife's order i'd say this was about 20-20% of the chips what her bag contained. Read more
I literally ordered two of the same sandwich on 12/10/21 and received two completely different sandwiches. One had mustard on it... and if I hadn?t checked I would?ve spent my evening in the ER due to being highly allergic. Ordered two little BLTs, got one &went to eat the second later on and right before biting into it, I noticed it looked a bit different. I went to order today, they took all of my information I went to place my... order then all of a sudden the manager tells the employee they can not deliver to my house because ?I am just outside their zoneto deliver.?
