Dropped in on this T-Ho's for some food on the way to Grand Rapids. Walked in and stood at the counter for an awkwardly long... period of time without being greeted or our existence even being acknowledged. Employees were there working doing everythingexcept working the counter. Read more
Pretty good customer service, the only thing that sucks is that they are usually out of a lot of menu items. But the food is... amazing and the customer service is really good! The people that work there are very awesome people! Read more
I've never been to a tim Hortons. Overall good experience. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a pretzel bagel. My only complaint... was the bagel was a little harder than I would've liked. Read more
This place is a disgrace to other Tim Hortons. Why do you allow 2 underage employees to work alone, and leave them without... product to sell? What type of management would schedule employees and set them up for failure. I have managed similarrestaurants in other states, and can say without a doubt, that this is exactly why this company is struggling to have employees.No donuts, orange juice, sausage, omlete bites, hashbrowns...by this point we gave up and left. It really isn't within theshareholders best interests to allow their stores to be managed in such a disgraceful way. I hope the employees who were therehave the maturity to leave and work for a company that will truley respect them and their time, as they were attempting to dotheir best with the minimal they were given. We waited in line for 20 minutes and finally went to order and they had only 1 kind of donut to offer and 3 flavors of Tim bits.... When I went to order a 20 pack of Tim bits they told me they only had 8 left. The gas station next to them has more donuts tooffer. Do not go here Read more
The service is slow if you order anything other than doughnuts. Timbits have gone downhill. I used to get all good, then... gradually a few looking like this. Today I had 1 decent one & the rest looked like this. Read more
