It's fresh food better than the last time ( last month). I went today for lunch (11/7/22), they gave me 2 large fries that look... medium size. I asked for more and they say I have to pay for it. They are wrong, they should fill up the fries to look like alarge size not medium size. I should've got medium fries instead of large fries. Read more
Entered restaurant at 5:05 tried to order coffee. The clerk was very rude and cursed saying I am doing window and front wait... your turn. I waited then she came over and said we do not sale coffee after 4. And rolled her eyes,I asked her could she make apot please. Another eye roll and cursed under her breath. My sister and 4 other people came in and after being asked could sheorder a cheeseburger she rolled eyes at her and took her money. The other people walked out. We sat for a minute and I got up toorder a to go . I ordered a Frisco,2 large Fries,and a 5 piece chicken tender. I had a coupon for the Frisco and a coupon fortenders but she said they didn't do them after lunch. I drove 1 block to deliver to a friend and the Frisco was "old and cold.Our fries were cold and the tiny chicken tenders were dry,cold and hard as rocks. All had to be cooked hours earlier. I wasdenied a refill on my coffee. I was charged $16.92 for food that was thrown away. I called down there and she said noreplacement and hung up. This is rediculous. Hope they close. Read more
One my most recent visit I ordered the loaded omelet biscuit. I was so disappointed. Thr wrapper was so greasy and I believe... this biscuit had sat in the holding bin too long. This is really the first time I've had such poor quality food from Hardee's!!????????????? Read more

Garbage. Girl at the window has an attitude, makes you pull over in a parking spot for 10 minutes to wait on a cold hotdog with... more mustard than hotdog. Fries are cold, burger is cold, TF was I waiting on? Read more
I ordered my food, only car in line and was asked to pull forward. Waited at 10/15 mins for literally cold fries and food. Maybe... that's why Laura was looking funny trying to see if I was going to check my food. I guess I interrupted their break time as herand the others were sitting in lobby. Bathrooms are always clean for a fast food restaurant. the food is as normal for a Hardee's staff for the most part friendly
