Stayed here through Harvest Host as we make our way down California. We had such a fun wine tasting here. Christian was our... guide and was super knowledgeable and made it fun! Driving to the top of the winery to taste a glass of Rosé was magical. Weloved the family feel of the winery. Definitely put this on your list if you are visiting wine country. Read more

Absolutely loved this place! Came here with a few friends on a weekend trip. Took the tour and tasted wine afterwards with the... cheese trays (honey and goat cheese one was excellent!). All I can say is that this was one of the best wine tastings I\'veexperienced in California thus far. Six Sigma, please continue what you are doing and don\'t change one bit! Very reasonablepricing too! Read more

Ride the Pinzgauer! Drink the wine! That\'s the best advice that I can give regarding this winery other than possibly... suggesting that you bring your mountain bike or hiking shoes for an added treat. This was the second stop for us during ourfirst visit to Lake County vineyards, and even after numerous trips over the years to the vineyards further south on Route 29,this was another delightful discovery. I signed us up for the Pinzgauer tour to shake things up, and it was more fun than Iexpected. One of the founder\'s sons drove us, and his knowledge of the property and well deserved pride were evident. Welearned about their sustainable farming practices while climbing up the dirt road and stopped at the top to enjoy a delicioustasting while overlooking the vineyards and rolling mountain scenery. After the return ride, we sipped on several well donewines at a nice shady table. The founder stopped by our table later, and his commitment to quality and sustainability wereclear, and also reflected in his son and all of the friendly employees that we met. The atmosphere was relaxed, and there wasample outdoor seating with a fairly high amount of shade available. There are numerous mountain biking and hiking trails on theproperty as well, so I hope to go back and sample that portion of the ranch before enjoying some more of their delicious wineafterwards. Overall, this was a place I would feel comfortable dressed for a high end tasting room or in some hiking clothes, and the wine and the overall vibe were both excellent. Read more

This property is a slice of paradise and it is so awesome that the owner is willing to share it with the public. The owner was... great and gave us a tour of the property in a 6x6 vehicle explaining about the land and how he spent years developing thevineyard on top and building the roads to it. Our family had a great time and the wine was delicious and a testament to theowners commitment to quality. Our son loved riding his bike around the property and we enjoyed walking the property and viewingall the wildlife. Thank you from the Birch family. Read more
