Place ishorrible, everytime I've been, it's been out of desperation because my wife or I are starving, they never get the food... right, last time it was over cooked and seemed old. This last time we went will be the last, waited in the drive through forover 20 min, then when we got to the speaker nobody spoke to us. Same problem as half of every other place around here, ran byno good nicks, lazy, sloppy people. They look at you with disdain when you pull up everytime. Read more

Just to specify, I am NOT giving this McDonald?s a 5 star review. Normally they suck. I am giving Elizabeth a five star review!... She was so nice when she brought out our food and the whole time we were sitting in the parking lot waiting she was running backand fourth! She?s putting in that work! Understaffed, but the staff present was amazing and helpful. Food was wonderful!! Personally as one whom has celiac disease,... this McDonald's has offered one of the best gluten-free friendly cheeseburgers I have experienced at a fast food restaurant!!!!Would highly recommend!!! Read more
Listen! I do not do reviews unless the food was absolutely disgusting or absolutely delicious. In this case it was absolutely... disgusting. Our burgers were not cooked, tables were filthy (good thing we had Lysol wipes), it literally felt like a sauna inthere, there was a slippery, greasy substance in the parking lot that I slipped in and hurt my foot and knee. I hope corporateand the higher up?s see these reviews and hire people who have a heart and actually care for their customers!!! This was anabsolute disgrace. Read more
This place is disgusting!! Our burgers were not cooked. The place was so hot I had a asthma attack! Table was nasty. Front... counter attendant kept ignoring our request for napkins, straws, and ketchup due it being out at the drink counter. There'swater all over the floor in the bathroom, by the drinks and outside there's a gressy substance in the parking lot where mydaughter law fell! I have never experienced this at a McDonald's. Being a part of a franchise I hope the higher up's see themany bad reviews on this restaurant. I would be ashamed as an owner to know my customers are experiencing such poor conditionsand customer service. Read more
Extremely rude service and was ignored for several minutes while the young girl with long brown hair stood with her back to me... refusing to ring us up. She finally acknowledged my presence after I repeatedly called out to her requesting assistance to payat the counter as directed at the kiosk. Only after I paid for our food, including 3 large fries, I was informed ketchup andsauce would be an additional charge. My children didn?t want to get back in line and be subjected to repeated staff rudeness,so they are their fries DRY and COLD. Read more
Person taking our order was laughing and joking completely ignoring us. All 3 meals were cold. They said they were out of coffee... Oh and of course we realized down the road we got hot mustard instead of honey mustard and no straws for our drinks. Read more
