This was the LAST TIME!! Open up the dining room already!!! Waited for well over 30 minutes in the drive through line, because... once you?re in it, you?re trapped, with no way to exit!! Come here quite often and this was a first. Some lady on the drive thru was VERY RUDE! I was ordering 2 meals and when she got... rude I cancelled the 2 nd order. It's 2022. Mandates removed, and yet Chicken Express still allows no dine-in. The excuse on the drive thru window reads some... political drivel about not being able to hire people. There are kids looking for jobs all over Lubbock currently. The line stilltakes literally 25 minutes or more to get through. Model of inefficiency here that kind of boggles the mind. I came to this Chicken Express thinking I'm going to get some chicken that's going to just melt in your mouth well I ended up... getting a dry chicken with nothing but breading on it it was like 2% chicken and 98% breading. I called the manager to tell himabout it and he wanted me to bring back the meal after I already got home which is 20 minutes away from this place and all hecould say was well we can't do nothing unless you bring back that meal that is so rude and inconvenient.
