Tbh this has to be the best club in Lbk. Yeah it?s a little small and gets crowded but the vibe and music makes up for it. I?ve... been going every Friday and Saturday for the last 4 months and it just gets better. Yeah the music might be a little repetitivesometimes but from time to time they do play pretty good songs. The only thing I wish they would play a little more would beRaeggetton. I know it?s an EDM club but a little raegge wouldn?t hurt. I love kongs! Been going there for awhile whenever my friends and I don?t know what to do we go there to vibe. The bartenders... there are always so friendly and awesome. Beware of the bartender adding her own tip to your bill. She was rude and barely paid attention to me. I purchase three separate... drinks and crossed out the tip section and wrote the total dollar amounts ($4, $8, and $14) on the bottom line. I'm looking atmy credit card bill and each charge is a dollar higher than what I signed for ($5, $9, $15). Not a huge amount, but it's stillillegal and now I have to go out of my way to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The bouncers will also grab youwhile walking past you. I felt someone put both hands on either side of my waist from behind and pull me against them. I thoughtthey were just trying to push me out of the way, but he held me against his body for a few seconds too long, so it was clearlyintentional. When he let go, I turned around to see who was touching me without my consent and it was a bouncer who worked atthe club. Aside from that, the club smelled gross and was over crowded. I've been to "overcrowded" clubs out in Houston before,but this was ridiculous. You couldn't take a single step in any direction without stepping on someone's toes. The music sucked,or at least the DJ that was there the night I went sucked. I get that it's an EDM club, but playing half of one song and thenturning the rest into electro-garbage was annoying after the first half hour of it. There were fog machines pumping constanthumidity into the room, which was incredibly tiny. Me and my friend had to keep stepping outside to catch a clean breath becausethe inside was so badly ventilated. Me and my friend were so excited to see what the "best" nightclub in Lubbock had to offer.When we left I asked her, "so now that you've seen what Kong's is like, would you come back?" and she said "no" faster than I'veever heard her make a decision before. This place has such good vibes, the bouncers are really sweet guys but also make sure everyone is safe. The music and lights... make the whole experience so much fun. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back. Make sure you get there before 11or you will be in line for hours. Read more

Probably the worst club I?ve been to. The music too loud, and the lights made me feel like I was gonna have a seizure. They also... rip you off here. I asked for 2 beers and they gave me 1 beer and 2 fake shots. Read more
