Had a team event at this location. We had a partial group show up at one time and then others show up later. Manager wouldn?t... work with us to get teams balanced between lanes, ended up with 6 on one lane and 1 on another. I was willing to pay for thetransition of the group for the extra time, but she was not willing to work with us. As witnessed by the group, she became angryand started yelling at us like school children. I was respectful of her and the staff. I had staff members come up to me and saysorry for the situation. I'm a frequent flyer here, I love the Monday and Tuesday deals. It's what keeps me coming back. The machines probably need some... work. They keep sticking and what not, but the workers are so on top of it that it hardly takes any time for them to adjust andfix things as needed. Read more
