Order through Uber Eats, ordered 3 chili dogs and large chile fries( no cheese) ,got the chili dogs right, but the large fries... came with cheese. Pretty basic order, so simple and easy order, but still manage to screw it up. This isn't the first time theygot the fries wrong. Read more

Husband went here sept 2nd before they closed alergy to cucumbers asked for their watermelon lemonade... got cucumber spent... 9hrs in a hospital so i wouldnt die... called the mgr when i could and they said oh i have to call my boss and they will callyou back... im still waiting on that call over 20days later... and my food was inedible buns like rubber microwaved to long andthe hotdogs were.... extremely dried out... thank you night crew for giving what you wanted that inturn almost killed me... Every time I come to this location in Lubbock they ALWAYS mess up my order. This time gave me a bacon and RANCH chili cheese... fries with no ranch. Then I came back and asked for ranch and got charged. Read more
