Ordered a slow cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap at the drive through when it came there was barely anything in there. A piece of... lettuce that had been sat around for more time than it should have, barely any chicken and no bacon. So bad I had to bin it. Icomplained to head office at the time I posted this review. They passed it on to the location, I have sent weekly chasers andstill they don?t have the courtesy to respond. 8 weeks ??.. apparently they don?t care ! Read more
The staff at this location are friendly and capable of doing their jobs. I am very sad that the good ones don't find a better... job. There is clearly an issue because they are understaffed ALL THE TIME and do not have the opportunity to keep someone on thetill at all times to keep customers wait periods down.. this location is seriously mismanaged and the owner is doing their hardworking employees a disservice. The food and coffee here is just as good as any time hortons, but it would be nice to seeimprovements. Read more
One of the filthiest stores. How is it they have no chili at lunch. Broccoli soup wasn't hot enough so had to settle for... chicken broth. No butter was given for the dinner bun. My husband went up to the counter to ask for butter. The guy workingapologized to my husband. The girl working said "don't apolize. I'm not apologizing for anything today." I know staff is hardto get in these times, but there is no reason her attitude. Read more
This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Went through the drive through. Rude staff person who seemed irritated that we... were ordering anything at all. They were out of eggs so we ordered a few red eye ice caps and a wrap. I used the app to get oneof our drinks free. The person charged us and didn't scan the phone until we asked several times. Then we still got charged andwhen we asked about it her answer was "well you already paid"... We asked for a manager who said we didn't activate the promo,which we had. Finally the actual manager came up and told us that the red eye is a specialty item and isn't included. No mentionof this on the app. Just says ice cap... Everyone except the manager was rude and unhelpful. We were in a rush so we left andweren't going to waste 20 minutes for a 3 dollar drink, but the experience was extremely dissapointing and judging by otherreviews, not uncommon... Better off stopping at the Starbucks in North London. Read more
Rip off, I have had this chicken bo at many other tim Hortons. And this one was about a quarter of the size of the ones I... normally get. Even my Tim's coffee was slightly over half full. Is this a scummy mitchell Tim's tactic to get more profits byoffering half the amount of food in a order? Read more
I normally just order a coffee and bran muffin but twice in the last month because of travel and/or convenience have opted for... something with a little more sustenance. Sorry, strike out both times. The Sausage Farmers wrap was inedible. The toastedBagel and cream cheese tasted like it had been sitting overnight. You get one star for the coffee. Sorry Tim Horton. Morning do not go on the afternoon shift where the little teenagers working because they will never ever get your order right... eight out of 10 I've been there, they have never gottn my order right at all only go during the morning shift very lovely ladiesand will always get your coffees and your order right. very frustrating Read more
