The BEST Starbucks Staff here! I?ve been coming here particularly to this location because of the best staff ever. Everyone here... works hard and do their best to know every customer that walks in that door. They always do their best honestly. My drinks arealways on point and it?s nice to come at this location just to feel welcomed. I?ve been to other locations and none of them doesas they do here! Great management and staff. Thanks ???? We recently moved to the area, placed a online mobile order and didn't know we had to let them know on the microphone before... getting to the window we we're there for a pickup. A short, brunette, short hair with glasses girl was rude about it, Iunderstand we "Messed up their system thing" but she neved was polite and gave us the drink and turned her face on us, won't becoming back here. Starbucks people are usually friendly, she shouldn't be working there. Read more

I can't recommend this location. I don't treat myself to Starbucks often because of the price, but this location is a major let... down. They're really trying to save pennies on food cost here. The frappucinos have way too much ice, so it's very watered down.I was also looking forward to a pumpkin spice latte, but it was very milky, hardly any espresso or flavor. I can buy water andmilk that doesn't cost $6, thanks. Read more

Disgusting! First, my drink was half empty. I had ordered a grande, half of it was foam, someone does not know how to use a... steamer.. Then, I had to go in to have it changed. They changed it using the same cup that I have returned, they just tossed outthe liquid. FYI, I have my hands on that cup while I was coughing, having runny nose, and sore throat that's why I used thedrive thru ordering in the first place. I hope they wash their hands before making another drink to another customer, but seeingthem busy, I doubt it. Usually when they get a wrong order, they will just ask the customer to toss out the drink while theymake a new one. I find it unsanitary. On top of that, they still made my drink wrong, I was hoping, using the same cup andreading the order label would help. Thank you for making the first morning of my 3 day weekend awesome. Read more

I have been regularly going to Starbucks for years now. I recently moved nearby this location, and every single time I go they... have phenomenal customer service, and nine times out of 1, the drink is made perfectly (which is difficult considering myregular order is a Trenta cold brew with extra half-and-half and light ice and 12 pumps of vanilla) ???? Kevin is my favoriteperson to see at this location! He always remembers me and my order, and makes me feel important. Corporate should snatch him upfast!! ;) Read more

This is THE best Starbucks. My daughter insists on this one as they know exactly how to make her drink taste the way she likes... it! Staff is so friendly and breakfast/ pastries are good as well when you need something on the run! Read more

So I don't know what the deal is with a specific male barista here. Second time it happened. I asked for light ice I get a cup... full of ice (cup was half ice see pic) and it's not even full to the fill line. It was not as busy and so I paid for a $6 dollardrink and I get half of what it's worth. However, the ladies here are great because no matter how busy it gets they always getit right! Read more

Waited inside for 45 min till I recieved 4 cheese and ham croissants.. we wanted to cancel the order .. the person handling the... warmers for sandwiches was overwhelmed, frustrated... Because we have to wait and being ignored we recieved 2/4 dollars cashcards They weren't bussy but they act like they are very bussy scrable everywhere. Inside were 5 to 6 people waiting for theirdrinks. Two came from online placing orders and outside in the car lane about 4 cars as well. Cashier engaged in longconversations with customers creating longer waiting line/times. 6 employees cannot handle this location and isn't bussy atall. Other than that, place is nice inside , was clean and organized, cashier was very friendly. Read more
