We waited for OVER an hour and a half and no pizza. So I called and was asked to come pick it up. This is not an option for me.... I was placed on a long hold and advised the pizza delivery person would be back at the restaurant in 10 min and then could comethis way. I was also advised that they were gettin ready to call people to tell them they were running behind due to 1 deliveryperson. Calling immediately after I placed my order would've been acceptable and I would've gladly gotten a refund. Afterwaiting an hour and half we are just hungry and having to feed the kids from the hotel kiosk instead. No offer for compensation.Manager was fine with me calling corporate. ??????? Update: We ordered at 5:45 and recieved at 8:05. Pretty sure it's food fromthe original order and wasn't appetizing. Also missing ranch that we paid for. Read more
2 hours in and still no delivery. Quality check was over an hour ago. So obviously the food has been sitting that long. We... called and manager was rude on the phone and said they had 1 driver and she could not find them. All they offered was a freesoda. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Always good pick-up service. Some drivers have a hard time with my directions when delivering however.
We?ve been ordering for years and they always delivered down Rocky Creek road. A few months ago they said they couldn?t deliver... here anymore that we would have to meet them. I placed an order a few weeks ago and they delivered right to my door. Now, Iplaced another order online today 7/10/22 and they called and said they don?t deliver here? again. Said they could meet me 30SECONDS DOWN THE ROAD FROM MY HOUSE. !? Read more
Sometimes good, but today very poor craftsmanship. Update, the lack of supervision is obvious. On march 22 it has taken them... over 30 min to make a thin crust pizza. Finally got it after an hour. Read more
