Management staff is no t very friendly. Female mg was VERY stern with all,both employees and customers. Basic cheeseburger and... fries hit all the right buttons. I stopped by the Foster's Freeze in Lucerne, CA. and the woman taking my order was so rude to me, I almost just decided to... leave. Then the next customer came along and she treated that person even worse than me. When my order was done, I was handedmy drink with only ice in the cup, so I ask for the soda and the employee yelled at me and said, I'm busy, you get what I gaveyou. I couldn't believe what I heard, so I just decided to leave at that point and I'll never be back. I heard the employeetelling her friend, she was the shift manager now. Read more

This is a classic stop for lunch on our way to the coast from the central valley. The food is good and they attempt Good service... but it's popular and always busy, kids with summer jobs but not a lot of experience hence there is inevitable a problem with theorder and then you have to go back to the service line. I live right across from Foster?s Freeze and I get a lot of their customers park right along side of my house. The employees... always pick up the trash that is left. I?m 70 and handicapped and struggle to get out there. I really appreciate what they dokeeping it cleaned up . Thank you very much. Also the food is excellent !! Fosters Freeze in Lucerne, CA on Hwy 20 (Clear Lake), is a gem for fellow travelers. I ordered a Burger meal and was presented... to me picture perfect as well as tasty and it ate cleanly. Meaning, it didn't go all over the place or fall apart. For those Crinkle Cut Fries lovers, this is the place. The fries are golden-crispy on the outside and soft-tender on the inside. Theusual drink with the meal. Add on the famous Fosters Freeze Large Vanilla Cone all for the price of Under $13.
