They never answer the phone. I try to call and see if they have the bread I want, BEFORE I drive down there. I called in the... parking lot and watched the girl ignore the phone ringing, while I walked in and could hear it ring. This happens every time.Well they never have the hero bread thawed out, and the past 5 times I drove down there (can't call because they never pick up!)I left without purchasing anything because they have the hero bread, it's just not thawed, so I can't order a sandwich. Whatgood does that do anyone who wants to order it? ???? I think I'll just drive to Lakeport and hopefully they're better, becausethe few times they did have the bread, they made my sandwich sloppy anyways and the veggies in the cooler looked kinda old. The last two times that I have been to the Lucerne location the service has been really slow. Today when I went in there it... didn't appear that the counter was ready. There was hardly any vegetables ready and the young lady working was very slow. Thestore itself needed attention. I go to this location frequently so I am very disappointed. Read more
Pretty slow, (possibly new guy) but sandwiches were really good (literally looked like the adds, the guy was so meticulous... putting it together), but I literally had to wait 30 minutes and only one customer was ahead of me when I arrived (was sortaworth it).... I will say, there was only one person working that evening which is odd, but he said it was typical that he was byhim self. Will definitely return here though, as the sandwich was really good and exactly as I wanted it. Read more
Every time we stop in they are incredibly friendly and helpful. We happened to come by when a new employee was being trained and... she did a great job in the busy lunchtime rush. She was nervous but handled our multiple sandwich order swimmingly. Thanks foralways being a great stop in our trips! Read more
