I always have a good meal at the Ludington Applebee?s, but today was even better. I was greeted, seated, and served by Andee C.... She was polite, cheerful, and professional. Her timing was perfect and not over bearing. We had pleasant small talk, and I leftwith a huge smile and a warm heart. Having worked as a waiter I truly appreciate quality service. Sorry but Ludington Applebee's is the worst Applebee's I have ever ate at. Everytime they screw everything up. First time with... a steak and I asked for medium rare. I got a well done steak and they said they'd replace it and sent out a steak that washardly even gray and raw beyond that. Delicious, as almost always, today. The steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. The fiesta chicken was really good - rice... needed to be cooked a little more but other than that, the flavor was great. Service was excellent - very friendly and on top ofour table, drinks constantly kept full, etc. Wide variety of food to choose from. Read more
While chain restaurants can be hit or miss, the Ludington team is doing a fantastic job. Felt as friendly as any local... restaurant with fast service and great prices. Definitely a great option if you?re looking for a place to catch a game or justrelax. Read more
Prices going up and quality going down in my opinion. Also they have taken all the good stuff off of the half price happy hour... menu. They changed the noodles for the four cheese mac with honey pepper chicken tenders from delicious spiral noodles to apenne pasta... Read more
A nice restaurant in the Ludington area. Came here with a small group. Service was good overall. Bar was a bit busy so drinks... took a bit but waitress was very nice and communicated about it. So no biggie. The food was surprisingly decent. I have not hadApplebee's in quite a long time. Maybe 10+ years and I don't remember good things. I would say the food was averageoverall. The pasta on the Mac and cheese was overcooked but the sauce was good. The sauce on the chicken was good but the sizeof the chicken was pretty small. The steaks were undercooked which for me is great but others are the table prefer a mediumwell steak ( I say this one is the chef not wanting to ruin a good steak) The salads were good, the mixed drinks weregood. Being short staffed you could tell because of all the open tables and a table of 2 had to wait 20 mins to be seated. But the... food was good server was very new she said but seemed to know what she was doing. Good job.
