This is over and over I go here and order the same things pretty much. I ordered a big bacon king with just mustard, ketchup and... pickle , also a crispy bacon Swiss with large fry, the crispy chicken was wrong so we take it inside to get fixed come back tothe car and it is still wrong. The bk king is a bacon whopper instead of a big bacon king. I usually call and complain but itnever does any good. People are rude and act as though you are bothering them after THEY messed up . I am done with burger Kingas well as many people due to this location has went down hill. The whopper was the worst burger I had ever had and the friestasted as though they sat there all day. Got breakfast, was disappointing. I asked bbq sauce and the lady treated it like gold. My iced coffee was 99 % ice, 1 % liquid.
This is my favorite burger King location! They are always super friendly, have their lobby open, and serve great food
Why do they have to use so much salt on their French fries? I don't understand it. I shouldn't have to wipe my hand after each... fry. I could probably jump in Lake Michigan with those french fries and it would become the Dead Sea. Anyways, the Bacon Kingwith mustard and mayo and all the veggies is really good. It's a satisfying sandwich. I used my rewards so, yeah it's not cheapthough. Always ask for no salt on the burger patty. Maybe they'll stop doing it if enough people ask. Whopper is always good.Can't wait to try new southwest whopper. Not too hot about the app. Never loads correctly and deals aren't great. They serve thefried hash browns all day, which is a game changer for me; never knew that. But coupon for hash browns constantly disappearsfrom app when trying to use it. I ordered a Door Dash order and even though it?s been brought to their attention before they?ve failed to provide ranch as an... option. Usually this is no problem because you can call and ask for ranch to placed in your order and they do it no problem.However today the manger thought it was ok to pass responsibility off to the drive and require them to ask for it upon arrivaland proceeded to inform me that they have to go in to pick up the order and they can?t go through the drive through which was inno way relevant to the topic. She then proceeded to argue with me about putting ranch in my bag and decided to stay on the phonesilently while I expressed my discontent and explained that I had never had a problem with the other employees placing ranch inmy order. She just kept asking me ?are you done?? And was dismissive. The lack of customer care is disgusting, especially comingfrom a manager. Read more
I don't go here often but at my last trip I was surprised how much their prices have gone up. At this point a burger from a... local restaurant doesn't cost much more. Also, my burger wasn't very warm at all the cheese was actually cold. Read more
