Not hot about the crunch wrap, haven't had a good one, but the veggie burrito and the chicken burrito on the $2 menu have been a... go to for a quick and economic lunch. I substitute the chipotle sauce on both for red sauce and get it grilled for no extrachange. The way the economy is going, this won't remain $2 for long... I love nachos, but there's not usually much topping so Istick with what I know is good with plenty of filling. Not crazy about the updated, sterile interior. They seating is as hard asa rock to sit on. Not enough wall plugs to use. But there are two TVs, one was with children programming and the other with PBS. Read more
Grandma ordered three tacos, they gave us two. Brought the issue to the counter and they fixed it. I ordered a box deal no sour... cream and they put it on two items. Same and they fixed it. Not a pleasant lunch. No wonder computers are replacing jobs. Read more
I get you're understaffed but this is crazy. I paid for a chicken taco not a lettuce taco.

This place is pretty hit or miss. A lot of the time they?re poorly managed because all the good managers quit due to unneeded... stress. They need to manage it better for sure. i?d give this taco bell 0 stars if i could?i never get what we order. if i do get what i ordered, it?s usually really messy and... almost impossible to eat without it getting all over the place. if i mobile order and make customizations on the food, theyusually just make it like normal. when you FINALLY get through the line the food is usually cold and starting to get stale..they also seem like they?re never open! the inside hasn?t been open in over a year too which is kinda ridiculous. when i was inthere one time, i saw one of the workers smoking in the back of the restaurant. i love taco bell, but unfortunately this tacobell is the absolute worst:( Read more
EVERY time I go to our Ludington Taco Bell, I get home and we?re either missing food or the food is a mess and falling out of... its packaging. This is a very poorly managed Taco Bell!
