I used to order here a lot but got a couple messed up orders. After the third mistake I called and the supposed manager said... he'd remake the pizza for me next time. It took me a while to even bother giving them a chance again (probably 2 months) I wentto order some pizzas and asked about my credit and there was "nothing" in the notes. That's a wrap for me. I've been living nearby and ordering from the Ludlow Domino's for nearly two years and this place is consistently delicious,... accurate, and ready in no time. Only twice has there been a problem. The first time the guy was a bit of a jerk, blaming theerror on me, but the replacement was ready very quickly and as delicious as usual. The second time was an honest mistake, Ireceived a hoagie from another person's order who probably also received mine. On top of that, I didn't notice until well overan hour after I picked up my order when my boyfriend got home from work and took a bite of his sandwich. I called the store withfingers crossed that I'd still be able to get my originally ordered hoagie as a replacement despite the length of time that hadpassed and was met with apologies on top of the replacement offer. I know how it is though, staffing difficulties of the currenttimes can only make this work more hectic, stressful, and tiring, so I appreciate the acknowledgement especially as a fairlyregular customer (2x a month!) When I went inside to get the hoagie, Amy recognized me and brought me BOTH hoagies from myoriginal order, not just the replacement for the wrong one! This was super nice and just plain above and beyond. I hate evennoting the complaint because I truly love this Domino's but it was necessary to show how outstanding they are about customersatisfaction. I got a zesty hoagie they forgot the hoagie patty . When I called said it be 2 hours before I?d get a new one.being I already... waited for my food and that seems to be a inexcusable mistake. This is the first issue I?ve ever had at this domino?s or any other pizza place with a delivery. The delivery guy was fairly... older and was complaining because ? we don?t have a address on on our property and its dangerous for him and other drivers? whenwe have the address on our mailbox, front yard and the house facing the road. Its visible from all parts of the road. No otherdelivery person has ever had a problem with it ever, he also gave attitude and scoffed at me when i pointed out the addresses onthe house. His service was a 1 star, but this place has never given me any other issues so ill give it a 3. Read more
This dominos always tries hard to make me happy. I?m a regular at this store, and the drivers are always so nice. Every time... I?ve ever needed to call the store, they?re always polite and happy to fix any issue I may have. They?re real people, not somefake corporate employees who don?t think like normal people do. They put themselves in customers positions when handling anissue, so they can fix it appropriately. Delivery is always quick and friendly. I love the tracker also, so I know where my foodis at all times. 10/10 recommend this specific location. Read more
