I love the pizza here but the check out is ridiculous! Two registers open with lines. I am not an employee of Big Y so won't be... doing self check out. Bring back the express line 12 items or less! Pizza was cold before even getting out of the store. Read more

I went there today to have fish and chips for lunch. It was cooked nicely but the 2 pieces of fish were a lot smaller than they... used to give and the order of scallops only had like 8 in the box and they used to give you a lot more. I understand inflationbut it goes both ways and today I definitely did not get my monies worth. This was the Ludlow store. I ate at a Big Y in CT lastFriday and my pieces were bigger, tons of fries and my scallop order had at least 10 big ones in it. Sorry to say but I will notbe getting any more fish and chips from Big Y. No longer worth it. Read more

It was my first time ever going into a Big Y Market. It was nice inside, and had a bunch of different items to choose from.

Like the Boston road, wilbraham store the best. Best stocked. Always like their deli meats. They seem to last much longer than... other area supermarket chains. Have to watch the pricing at Big Y though. I,ve noticed that certain items are higher in somelocations than in others. Maybe altering their prices to fit the economic population of the area they are located in? Read more
