The workers are the reason I?m giving any stars at all :) They were so nice and had a great attitude which helped with the wait... time. The new hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious especially with the fried dill chips. Also the bourbon bacon cheeseburger........ Outstanding!!!! We even got it again 2 days later cause we kept thinking how delicious it was. Read more
The service is always fast and polite, but the food is never correct. Most recently I placed an online order for two different... sandwiches for breakfast and received two of the same sandwich. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. Whetherthis is negligence of the staff or a flaw in the mobile ordering system I do not know, but the management here needs to sort itout. Took sixteen minutes to get my order. Understaffed, next time i went there i ordered a breakfast sandwich deal and they forgot... my home fries and didn't even put a freaking napkin in the bag . I called them and they said the store didn't have napkins andno apology for forgetting the home fries. Gotten much worse the last few months . don't really care for the poor attitude of thestaff there either. I guess that I will stop going there instead of posting bad reviews. sorry Read more
Longest wait I've ever seen at a fast food establishment. Obviously not properly staffed. I think they take the order and make... the food and bag it one customer at a time. Just ridiculous and their frosty no matter the size is only 3/4 full. SMH Read more
The people there do NOT care at all !!! They are just too simple to work at a fast food restaurant. I have walked out of the... place more often than I have actually stayed to order. They should fire EVERYONE and start over. I can't tell you how manypeople I have seen get angry and walk out besides me. Read more
The Ludlow location is a painful experience. There is no doubt they need more help like most businesses out there but repeating... the same mistakes regardless of whose working is a breakdown through the whole process, not just management. Huge wait timeswhen there are only a couple of cars. Good luck ordering a hamburger with just ketchup and pickles. They always add cheese. Soonenough you might have a 6 year old throwing the food back at you. The old location was never this bad and it only lasted a fewyears. I don't see this one lasting too long either. Too bad though, Wendy's overall is better than the others. But not thislocation. Read more
