We went in the summer which is the off-season but they had one of the BEST cheese pizzas I?ve ever had. It?s wood fired big... floppy New York style and the secret Marinara is awesome. They have a few draft beers on tap. Overall very cool spot! Read more

So I have been hunting for a really great pizza place and at last!! I found it! I moved up from Philly about a year ago and I... have to say- this is some fantastic pizza. Taste, texture, and experience is an A+. Highly recommended. The staff is superfriendly and I can?t wait to come back after such a warm welcome. Also, if you plan to eat there they have a secret sittingarea out back that gives you a serene view of the river that cuts through the woods. Finest Kind!! Coming from New Jersey where some of the best pizza can be found, it?s not easy to find pizza out-of-state that... measures up to what we like. Not the case with Goodman?s American Pie. Everything about this pizza is top notch. This pizza isjust as good and better than the finest Neapolitan wood-fired pies that you?ll find in the New York metro area. The crust has anice crisp on the outside with a soft chewy bite to it. The simple sauce is perfect and delivers the fresh tomato taste that isoften lost when a sauce is over-seasoned. Goodman?s uses a good quality cheese that rounds out a perfect pizza. We had meatballsand sausage on our pie and they were both absolutely delicious standouts. The menu is limited but the pizza is fantastic! I?dlove to try their calzone next time we stop in (and we will), but I don?t know if I?d be able to not order that same pizzaagain. If you?re looking for a place with friendly staff and fantastic pizza you can?t go wrong here. Read more
