I honestly didn't know what to expect when my fiancé and I made dinner reservations, but oh my they exceeded our expectations!... Literally 10/10 right when you walk in the hostess is wicked friendly, signature drinks are spot on, and the meals are just soflavorful. All I can say is we left fat and happy so totally worth it! One of my favorite restaurants in Vermont. We ordered five items, all vegetarian, and they were all fabulous. Many restaurants... have lackluster veggie options that feel like an afterthought, but these are worth coming back for! The ambience is charming andthe service good, too. The restaurant feels like you are stepping back to grandma?s house on the farm. The Good Ol? Boy cocktail is probably the best... bourbon cocktail I have ever had. The food is fresh and delicious. We had the polenta cake and the hand rolled fettuccine withShrimp and bacon. Portions were generous? there was no room for dessert but we will be back to try it another time. Theyconverted their hotel rooms into private dining rooms for parties of 2-10, which is pretty ingenious in these COVID times. Thewaiter, bartender and hostess were all very attentive. The restaurant's take out option was simple, easy to order and the order was ready on time. The food was delicious, perfectly... prepared. The cocktails were thoughtfully created - everything from the drink itself to the garnish. I can't wait for our nextmeal and drinks to try more on their menu!
