Recently, we are stopping in the Arby's for a dinner stop on our way back home. My favorite is alwaysthe turkey and Swiss sandwich. Naomi did an amazing job of ensuring not only quality food but exceptional customer service. She took the time to go tabe to... table and check on everyone and apologize for us having to wait on food. By wait I mean 5 mins not even a waiting my experience.She did it with a beautiful smile that changed my bad day into a great one.
