I?m NOT the one to EVER complain about bad service. And in fact the service was good. But when I was forced to pay a tip when... the INITIAL receipt didn?t have it on it on the left pic . Thats just wrong . I?ve NEVER been charged for a large group despitebeing a family of 8. I was going to separately tip $25 in cash. ( I always preferred cash as a server many years ago, like afree gift rather than taxed at 50% when using credit cards ) BUT technically I got TWICE the food I ordered because of amisunderstanding. That?s fine . But it?s not okay when you never have forced a tip on me and this is the first time . It?s wasclosing time and not a good time to complain. This place has a great location, lots of parking, a nice large building, great service,and that?s it. We had shrimp fajitas,... chili con queso and quesadillas. Nothing was very tasty. The service was excellent. The prices are higher than you would expectfor the quality of the food. This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and been disappointed. Read more

Good family time on my birthday after the Lufkin Art Guild showcase & Exhibition. Food is always good & the waitress was just... ok. Seemed too busy with other customers near the end of our meal. Still good food! $$$ Read more

I give it a 3 star place. Drinks are good. But we are here for food and atmosphere which is 3+ out of 5+. Food, refried beans... and rice tasted like from a can, cheap cheese on top. Monterey jack cheese stuffed in a shrimp wrapped in bacon and deep fried,and then dipped in butter, doesnt really taste that great. The good is pineapple mango salsa. Read more
We stopped here to grab lunch before heading back home. It came highly recommended and we were not disappointed!!! Our waitress,... I wish I would have got her name was very on top of her job. They brought out the cops and salsa and she came and promptly gotour drink orders and came right back with them! We ordered a combo of their Queso and a Very good Avocado dip that wasfabulous!!! We ordered our 6 year old a corn dog and waffle fries, that's what he wanted. My wife ordered the Enchilada Trio,One cheese, one beef and one chicken. Each one came with its own topping and also your choice of rice and refried beans orBarracho beans. My wife had them cut the rice and had only the refried beans. I ordered their Crawfish Enchiladas with Rice andBarracho beans, and also added two crispy beef tacos on the side. Our waitress warned me their tacos were big!!! They were!! Andthey were absolutely great! Their meat was seasoned just right and they didn't break apart like they do at most places, even atmy favorite!!! We were really impressed with everything at our table! Their sweet tea is really good too! They had other itemson their menu I would like to try the next time we're up that way! The atmosphere is really great, the people are very outgoingand friendly.
