I worked at a Chick-fil-a for a long time, so it hurts me to write that this is unacceptable. The employees are nice, but the... disorganization almost makes that not matter. I've gone to this place several times with hopes that the last times were a flukeand every time something was wrong with my order. One of these times we ordered 3 parfaits and only got 1 (bagger's fault).Another time we ordered 2 #2's and got a #2 and a #3 (order taker's fault). Both of the large fries on these orders were onlyfilled 2/3 of the way so we may as well have saved our 30 cents and gotten mediums. Plus the fries were soggy and roomtemperature. From the other reviews this seems to be a new location that's still getting its act together, so I still have highhopes that I can come here again, but I will be driving a little farther for my Chick-fil-a needs for now. I ordered a Cobb Salad. It was very fresh and tasty... A little more boiled egg would be great but it comes with one sliced eggs... and I go through that pretty quickly. I couldn't eat more than 1/3 of the salad but it was good! Ordering was easy and the staffare very friendly. Read more

Very poor and super slow service. I?ve visited several times and each time was slower than the last. And you can?t even talk... to a live person on the phone. The restaurant in front of the mall is super fast and operates like a well oiled machine, pluswhen you call you get a live person on the phone. I give this restaurant a D Minus! I?ll not return to this restaurant everagain and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen. Read more

I simply requested chicken nuggets be cooked well done. (because several times I?ve gotten raw chicken). They said they are... unable to do that. - Mind you the other locations do it regularly without hesitation every time. This tells me 2 things. #1: Youdo not serve your food fresh. #2: You aren?t about accomidating your customers. The new location by far the worst location. Read more
It?s still new so be patient. Overall, food is always hot and fresh. Wait time is slightly longer than most but still faster... than the Loop. Customer service is fantastic! Read more
