Had a bad experience a few minutes ago. Walked in told the host table for 4. Had an extremely bad attitude slamming the menus.... Stormed off to the back, and came back asking if we wanted to wait. We asked if if the bar was open said no with an attitude.Had the exact same experience with this last time. She yelled at us there?s only one waiter. Down right rude in my opinion andvery unprofessional. Don?t recommend going there ever. Read more
Ok me and the family-in-law went to have a quick bite after the Lufkin Art Guild showcase. I won first place ribbon on a photo,... I?m thrilled to announce. Food was great as always but last night our service was very off. It was my husband and I, and it seemed the waiter only wanted... to sorta be kinda nice to me. When he asked if we were ready to order I had a question about steaks and he just said I'll giveyou more time, and we were ready. Took him forever to come back. He came pretty fast when I needed a refill of tea, but when myhusband needed tea refill it took forever. And when we finished finally the waiter asked if we would like to go drinks I saidyes, he brought only one for me but not my husband. There was something very off about this guy. Read more

Horrible experience. Ordered and payed for my food though door dash. Waited 35 min only to receive a message from door dash... saying they were at the restaurant to pick up the order but there was no order there. Called chilis spoke to the manager drew.He was a total jerk and blamed it all on door dash. Told me someone has already picked the order up but couldn?t tell me who hadthe food. The door dash driver is claiming there is no food there and the Manager is claiming someone has already picked it up.Needless to say I never found out what happened to the food nor will I ever do business with chilies or door dash agin! Great food! Affordable prices. Happy Hour every Sunday in the bar. Lunch specials on weekdays. Also the 3/ $10.99 specials are... really awesome. Also, if you haven't already, you should sign up for the Chili's Rewards Program. Free chips and salsaeverytime..... If you use your Rewards frequently, you'll get random rewards.... For the second time, we could not be seated on a booth. Was told by hostess that they didn't have one available. But we seen... 8 open. And the hostess was slamming menu's cause she was mad about something. Very unprofessional. Read more
