The only good thing I can say is that the pizza that was available was good and pretty fresh. However the service was very dry... and almost sad, the deserts was old, stale,cold, and dry. The floor, tables and the entire store for that matter was DIRTY! Wewas quite disappointed since the prior 3 visits or so was perfect! Read more
Walked in with the kids and husband , was getting stared at by the lady at the front that takes the orders. I said hello , and... she didn't say nothing and was still just starting at us . Literally rolled her eyes ???? Her attitude was ????????????? Wewalked back out , I will not be eating no where with stank attitudes. Cicis , at this point y'all hiring anybody . 8-20-22 Saturday- When we arrived about 11:45 we were not greeted by staff- no one spoke. The cashier did not make eye contact... and barely replied when spoken to. The tables that could seat 6 people were not clean - none of them. After waiting a fewminutes for staff to clean one we gave up and cleaned it ourselves with napkins & hand sanitizer. The selection of pizza wasvery poor, there were 3 partial cheese pizzas, a buffalo chicken pizza that had about 1/4 cup of meat scattered over the entirepizza, something that looked to be BBQ sauce and cheese pizza (there was no meat on it). There was one pizza that had meat andjalapeños that was fresh out of the oven but the kids would not eat it. When we asked staff if there was a pepperoni pizzacoming out soon - the answer was yea, not yes ma?am or yes sir. Just ?yea?. The lettuce on the salad bar was turning brown andlooked dried out. We got there about 6 pm. Roughly about 20 people were already eating. I should have taken a picture of the buffet. It was filled... with so many varieties! We felt overwhelmed on what to choose. Smells clean as you walk in, buffet was a bit underwhelming. Dry pizza, and such. They did bring out fresh pizza after our first... plate. What really killed the experience was the blaring Christian music. I keep to myself with religion, but Its like nails ona chalk board to me. Read more
So I?m going to take some credit for this because I saw the low reviews and ignored it. ?How can you ruin pizza?? I thought. Low... and behold, they did. Sadly I decided to get a flatbread pizza. It didn?t get made until my husband arrived to pick it upbecause they weren?t sure what toppings I wanted. Then they still burnt it! I could barely even eat it but I was so hungry Ijust ate around the burnt part. I hadn?t been to CiCi?s in forever and thanks to this visit I probably won?t be back; atleast tothis specific one.
