Great place to eat. We have been there twice and have not been disappointed . The food and service was excellent. The chicken... fried steak was fantastic. OMG I loved this place.! The food was Dynamite I mean dynamite.! The people were great and they catered to my mama like she was... a queen. Due to the poor quality of the food and the laughably bizarre experience I need to share mine and my friends experience at the... cotton patch. I have eaten at the restaurant before and absolutely enjoyed my previous experience, but after the last I willmore than likely never return. Our server was nice and polite so no complaints in that department. The issue comes in the foodand management areas. We were a party of 3, I ordered a burger medium rare, my friends ordered a 6 oz steak well done and achicken fried steak. When we received our food my friend's steak she had ordered was very rare, she sent it back due to notliking rare steak. My burger was cooked to a charcoal briquette which is absolutely not how I like my food prepared. I did notsend my food back due to the simple fact that it is now taboo and frowned upon to cause any slight amount of trouble for foodemployees, now we didn't make a scene and we were polite the entire time, laughing and attempting to have a nice evening. Thelargest issue comes from my 3rd friend's meal, the chicken fried streak, after attempting to eat it, he discovered that the cookhad not taken the paper off the steak before frying it! I know it is hard to believe that is why I have a picture of it attachedto this review. We still at this point were very polite and kind, we spoke to who I assume to be the manager, as she was thefirst one we could speak to, she took the plate and had another one made for him. At this point we were still not upset, wefinished our meal and were getting ready to pay for it, the manager had decided due to our poor experience they would give usfree dessert. So together paid over fifty dollars for three meals and two appetizers, we also still tipped, nothing was compedor discounted, and that was the end, when we left, we were going to split up the free dessert they had given so generously, onlyto find a single slice of carrot cake. The food is fantastic, we had the Alfredo with chicken and chicken fried... brisket with broccoli rice casserole, backed squash, mashed potatoes, and greenbeans. Very nice and quick. Servers were on point, refills were brought out before you needed one. Food was delicious. It was a bit... pricey but what isn't now a days.
