This is meant to be a dining experience. I wouldn?t advise choosing this location if you?re in a hurry or on a limited time... frame. The food is better than average but not anything to drool over. Their specialty teas are unique & refreshing. Service isa coin toss. You either get an amazing server or the slowest inattentive server; no in between. Enough registers for checkingout that you don?t have to wait too long. The store of course is great and nostalgic. More than enough entrances/exits to getyou back on your way which is very appreciated. Read more
I can't even express how happy and cheerful the employees were here at 8 am! ?? My server Loyce, knew I was gunning for a latte... before I even spoke! She did a fantastic job of taking care of us! Absolutely a wonderful start to my day. The food was great,so was the cinnamon roll latte. Ohhh and they have big hunks in the store which are so hard to find these days! Absolutely the worst!!! The only reason I gave one star is because I can't give zero... Took more then 20 minutes to get our... drinks, and nearly 40 minutes to get a hamburger steak(which was burned), a chicken fried steak (which was raw in the center),and 2 kid pancake plates(with no syrup). Nearly all of the sides were missing from each plate, and the one side we didget(mashed potatoes) were room temp at best. The side salads came out about 30 seconds before the meal and the server in hishaste to pass out the food used the plate to move drinks and spilled tea all over my 8 year old son, wife and the table to whichhe said he would bring napkins and never returned(My wife had to go to the restroom to get napkins). We asked 2 different peoplefor syrup for the kids pancakes, after nearly 15 minutes waiting, we never received any. I had to go to a dirty table to get myown salt and pepper..... And to top it all off, the place wasn't even busy.... Worst restaurant experience in a long time byfar. Used to be great. Not sure what happened, but we will never be back. Read more
Came here for a solo breakfast. Joaquin was an excellent server! He was prompt, very friendly and welcoming! The food was just... such a let down. I ordered an egg biscuit and added a sausage patty & cheese to it. I noticed right away the cheese wasn?t evena little bit melted, rather just slapped onto my breakfast biscuit right before it was sent out. I was starving when I came intothe restaurant so when that biscuit hit my table I demolished it. Well half way through I actually looked at my food and themeat was raw. I literally went home and made myself throw it up. Next time I think I?ll just stick to pancakes. Read more
Ordered on the APP, which was frustrating, but that was not it. The app said order will be ready in about 40-45 minutes. When... I arrived they told me they were out of Southern Fried Chicken, which I ordered and offered an alternative. Why didn't the apptell me they were out? Why didn't they call and tell me instead of my waiting 40 minutes and driving over there. I did not getthe alternative, I got a refund and left, fuming! My previous experience with this store, same location, was no better. I amuninstalling the app. Read more
The food was good, but service was very slow. The wait staff was very friendly.
This place is well run and efficient. I had the double meat breakfast and added a side of the hash brown casserole. Wow!... everything was perfectly cooked and delivered quickly. We had a friendly, knowledgeable server that was very attentive. Hadbreakfast at Cracker Barrel on Saturday, December 11, 2021. The place was packed and the hostess told us there would be a 15minute wait. I thought she was underestimating, however she was right on the money. The food was not anything more than a slightly warm. Couldn't get more than 3 bites before it was cold. The waiter was great... though! She was super attentive and just knew when I needed more tea and she checked on us frequently but not too much. She wasperfect! I did not say anything about the food being cold but it was.
