The food is not disappointing but nothing spectacular. Pretty an part with what you should expect from IHOP. The service is not... bad and very friendly. The problem is I've eaten there a few times recently and it is gross feeling in there. They have glassbetween the booths that is outright gross with what is probably children nasty smears and filth. Booths and menus are alsogross. Last time I was there the person I was with said something about the cleanliness of the menus without me even sayinganything about prior visits. It's someone's job to clean in there and unfortunately they are causing the atmosphere to feelnasty. Read more
Good food, over priced, and low attentive servers. They dare not make eye contact so you don't ask them for anything.
Old school chicken Florentine crepes have always been my favorite. Can't get them with the same cheese ???? not the same. The... burritos are a great addition. I was very surprised that a pancake house can give a burrito such a great flavor. Read more
Me and my husband went to eat at ihop today and the server was very rude and you can tell she had an attitude and the other... server we normally get didn?t sit us so next time we come we will wait for the other server to sit us. We waited for almost 2 hours, milkshakes don?t even taste like a milkshake, pancakes were falling apart when my wife picked it... up and she didn?t even get her hashbrowns, and my burger was LOPSIDED!! ME AND MY WIFE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Read more
Been to this location 3 times and there's always "something". Whether it's being ignored at the front counter or being told that... we couldn't dine-in for some reason or just waiting too long to be served, the service is generally lackluster. The savinggrace, however, is that the food is pretty good, even compared to other IHOPs I've been to. Read more
