Foods good...take out orders are not correct most of the time. Maybe 1 out of 10...
The fries always taste like they're 3 days old. Even when you specifically ask for fresh fries, they come out cold and stale.... They just clearly do not care here. Would give them -5 stars if that were an option. Read more
I ordered. As soon as I got there, they said they didnt have any thing for me. Come to find out, I sent order in to different... location...I was there working and I'm not familiar with Lufkin, plus the app automatically chose the location , so I didntthink about it being the wrong location. I asked if they can transfer the order from the other store.... Nope I asked if theycan call the other store.... Nope (they said the other store will not ever answer their phone under no circumstances) I testedthis out by calling, and indeed no answer, just fax machine sounds. I tried several more times, but I had to get back to work,so left and went to work without eating. I think the employees could've showed a little more empathy. Came in at 10:20pm on June 19th 2022 ordered a #7 with a large curly fry and large Dr pepper, a triple cheesy burger spicy roost... fries and a #5 with regular roost fries and a medium strawberry dr pepper and added on an order of jalapeño peppers 3count!!What I got was a double meat cheesy burger with fries that had a red sauce, a chicken strip and 2 jalapeños & a #7 with cheesefries and a chicken strip on it!! And the absolute worse thing was my 3 count jalapeños poppers weren't what was in my bag!! Itwas a 5 count of rock hard chicken nuggets!!!
