Went back yesterday, was told thin crust pepperoni was ready to go, then after paying I was told I would need to wait while it... was cooked. As I was leaving ask for parmesan cheese. Went back several months later after the newest manager contacted me and said there has been some major changes, come back and... try us again. I did and it was night and day difference. Pizza was WAY better. It actually had a good bit of sauce andtoppings! It was really good. Only thing I can complain about is and it's no one's fault but my own. I ate waaaaay too much! Loved it. My biggest problem here is I can't stop coming back!! The wings are very delicious. My favorite are the buffalo wings.... No greasy fried wings with thrown on additives. This is the best place to get both wings and pizza!!! Read more
Ordered a sausage pizza and waited over half an hour for them to bring it out, but they never did. So I went in and they... apologized because they didn?t even know they were supposed to be bringing an order out. They did give us a soda for theinconvenience, but once we got ready to eat, we realized they gave us pepperoni instead. It was good and hot food! They did not take much time cutting the pizza however and they said it was a 20 minute wait on cheesy... bread so we went without but that was one reason we went so slightly disappointing. The line was long but still did not take toolong so that was good. Read more
Ordered online. Waited in the line for half an hour. That didn't really upset me, they are always usually busy that time of... day. When I give them the name on the order they say "stuff is going down back here and if you're willing to pull around andwait you can have anything for free". I am on my way to work so I cannot pull around and ask for a refund. I give them theconfirmation number I was given from their site, they say they need the order ID number. So now I have no pizza and no refund. I called customer service, and they "will get back" to me. Read more
