Papa John's is the best quality pizza in comparison to other pizza places I've had in the area.

Awful pizza ???? terribly over charged $35 for one large pizza. A disgrace to pizza everywhere. They hardly put any toppings on... it hardly any cheese on it even though we ordered extra cheese and extra toppings and paid for the extra. Papa John's is papawrong. Read more
Professional, online ordering website, easy to navigate without the need to log-in to an old account. On time. Contactless... Delivery executed flawlessly. Order two pizzas and some bread sticks. Didn't receive the bread sticks. When I called to find out where they were was placed on... hold for 7 minutes. My wife finally called while i was on hold and they answered her. I will not order from any Papa Johnsagain after being treated like this. Our bread sticks were under a heat lamp they told her. Update (Fall 2022): Employees were courteous and helpful - place looked clean and bright again... food was: meh. Better than... the local competition Update (August 2021): place was refreshed, employees returned to sanity, efficiency, and friendlyservice. 2020: Soon as I walked in the door, employee screeched, "You need to wear a mask!" I stated that I had a healthexemption. She said, "it doesn't matter, you have to wait outside." Clarification: her tone was hostile and the word, "please"would have gone a long way to reduce the unwelcome feeling. No other business in Lufkin treated me that way. Shame. I was atleast 20 feet from her and she was behind glass. No other customers were in the... now I know why. Read more
