This Italian restaurant is a very nice blend of warmth, authentic family+made Italian cuisine and a cozy environment. It's a... special treat to walk in the door and and be greeted by Tony's smiling face and charming Italian accent. The mozzarella capreseis absolutely incredible, not only from an aesthetic standpoint, but also as a flavorful experience! We have gone here numeroustimes not only because they have a wonderful gluten-free menu but also because the service level has been great. We also lovesupporting small business. It's an added bonus to see a wonderful new restaurant like this built on our side of Lufkin. Thisis one of our favorite spots and we will continue to go back regularly! Read more

Omg-the most fabulous Italian food ever! My sons & I are obsessed. Nice relaxing bar that gets the busiest on Fridays. Their... homemade garlic rolls with Italian oils and spices to dip it in is amazing. Every pasta dish we order is better than the next.This chef is amazing. The food at Roma's is good. My wife enjoyed it far more than I did, the Lasagna was a hit for her. I thought it was good better... than say Olive Garden but I thought it was a bit salty. Overall, the restaurant was clean, decent atmosphere very good servicebut very small portions. If you're planning on sharing a plate, you might want to rethink that if you're really hungry.
