After only coming a few times, the employees began to remember my order and would greet me by name whenever I would come in! I... always receive excellent service from every single one of the employees at this Smoothie King location, and my order isconsistently made to perfection. Indifferent. That?s the best way to explain the staff at this location. Today, I discussed with the 2 girls working there that I... love the pineapple matcha at Starbux and would like to find a similar option at Smoothie King of Lufkin. It was decided theywould make me a matcha green tea and put pineapple in it. When the drink was ready, an employee indifferently calls out myname... no eye contact, no smile, no concern for my opinion of the ?new? drink. Just simply ?doing her job.? For years, this hasbeen the consistent way of Smoothie King in Lufkin. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Every time I (hardly ever) go there for adrink, I vow I will never go back. Today reminded me of my vow. The drink was horrible, but that isn?t the point. The point isthe staff is old enough to know how to treat customers with a smile, engage in even brief eye contact, show some sort ofinterest, and exude at least minimal kindness (Go over to Chick Fil A for a great example), yet as time goes on, the employeesat Smoothie King of Lufkin seem to share the motto: ?This is just a job. Do as little as you can to get by and go home.? Ican?t help but be convinced that this attitude must be from the persons above them; I?d rather support another local businesswho at least acts like they are glad I?m there! Read more

I went in there to redeem my coupon for a free smoothie and the person at the register told me in the rudest way possible that... she couldn?t accept it. Mind you I was being very nice and friendly. She gave off a very low energy and acted as if she didn?twant to be there. And I never got asked if I wanted plastic or foam for my cup. Read more

I ordered 2 smoothies for curbside pickup. Reason being I have a 4 month old that I didn?t want to get out of the car. I called... twice until the phone finally stopped ringing. The next 2 times I called it said that the number was busy. I ended up having towalk in with my 4 month old... no one said ?hi, hello, how can I help you...? NOTHING. I did call the store while inside to makesure it was ringing. It did. Neither of the 2 workers moved. SAD. Read more

When they made our smoothie, after the 1st attempt at blending, my smoothie was not completely to the top of the cup but very... close. It would've been good enough however, on their own they added more and reblended to make sure it filled the cup 100%. Iwas very impressed. Thanks guys for attention to detail and not accepting anything less than 100% before serving!! Read more

Great smoothie selection for this area if you want a healthy option vs. fast the food frenzy around town. I get the vegan... options and all three are delicious. I especially like the one with mango and kale!! Read more
