I ordered on the app and there were 7 cars in front of me so I chose a stall. I waited 15 min and pushed the red button only to... be told they had no carhops. I then walked into the establishment to see many orders of food sitting not being delivered to themany cars waiting in stalls. Unbelievable and not at all typical at this location. I understand being short staffed; however,they should notify all stalls to go through the drive through rather than just ignoring their customers. Read more

Ordered a lg diet Dr pepper. Got a regular Dr pepper. Pushed red button to tell the folks inside waited 15 mins nobody... answered. Went through the drive thru, waited 25 mins in drive thru just to get the right drink. Read more

I hate to give bad reviews, but we set at a booth 15 mins. After bushing red button no service.. Than went through drive thru 2... cars in front of us,30 mins later finally received order of milk shake,ice coffee, mm blast and sundae.. the only thing worthwaiting for was shake. I'll never go back to that particular sonic.... Read more

the foos and service sucks!! My order is never right car hops never smile and they never have onion rings.I called this morning... and ask if they no longer make onion rings the lady said yes we do when we have A worker to make them she said we barely haveworkers to make the food!! Definitely lost my business quess i will just have to drive to the one on timberland!!!! Read more

I only ordered a drink. I waiting 20 minutes and no one answering the button that I pushed 2 more times, I was able to get a... waitresses attention and she apologized and brought me the drink. All in all I was at sonic for a drink for over 30 minutes. Read more

Normally, I'm pretty lenient when it comes to food service. I know the job can be tough at times and, honestly, I worked it for... several years and understand that things can occasionally go wrong. Unfortunately, this Restaraunt went well above and beyondin trying my patience today. At 12:35, I rolled in, parked, and placed my order. At 12:50, I pushed the button a second time toquestion why it had taken 15 minutes already. The button blinked for an additional 3 minutes before someone answered, and afterasking and being told "its rolling out now", took an additional 7 to arrive at my truck, which was parked within eyesight of thedoor. 25 minutes was the time elapsed to receive my food. By this time, my lunch break was almost entirely over and I had todrive back to work. This would not have, by itself, warranted such an extensive negative review, as it is rare that I have thismuch to say, but it wasn't the end. My burger, a biggie cheese, was moderately cool when I bit into it, the cheese was in no waymelted, there was very little of any of the sauces on it, and the entire thing was smashed together. My medium order of tots wasonly two thirds full, and my route 44 ocean water was heavily watered down. Never before have I been this disappointed in somuch at once. Usually, any one aspect is forgivable for me, but cold food delivered late with no communication from the peoplemaking it while you watch seven cars that arrived and ordered after you leave first, and the drive through get cleared not once,not twice, but three times, is too much for me to let go.
