I?ve been here twice during their listed hours of operation. Both visits they have been closed and it was 6pm one time and like... 2pm the other. A group of friends and I placed a call in order and when we picked it up they missed all drinks and chips and had2 of the 7 orders wrong. Read more
Hate leaving bad reviews but I do allot of mobile orders, and every time I do one 1: if I put curbside never happens and I get... down to get it. 2: it?s never ready even after 20-30 minutes of placing the order. This subway is always low staffed. And mostrecently the poor guy was all alone trying to fulfill the orders. Management needs to step up and staff this place accordingly.And even with a 20 min ready time on the app it can be up to 30-40 minutes for a sandwich. Times can be tuff right now withfinding employees but it?s affecting customer service. Read more
Placed an order for pick up at 1240. I get there and none of the sandwiches were ready! Had to wait an additional 20 min. The... sandwiches were very good tho, even tho I had to wait 20 more mins. Not sure I will be back Read more
We called and the attendant said they don't close until 7, we get there and the doors are locked at 630. She claims her manager... told her to do it. They show to be open until 730 on the website. This has happened on multiple occasions. Do not go here. Read more
Best Subway EVER!!!!!!! The 2 ladies working Thursday evening, June 18th, were so great!! They combined their knowledge and... creativity to create the best 4 sandwiches my family has ever had. I'm so totally serious! My 3 kids were completely satisfiedand happy after eating the sandwiches!!! Mine was absolutely perfect. We were only in Lufkin for one night, and we chose Subwayover the other three restaurants in the immediate area. SO glad we did!! Highly recommend this location. Read more
Excellent service, would come again. The lady who served me, Hannah I believe is her name, was very friendly and an excellent... fast worker. She had a lineup but still managed to serve me in under 5 minutes, all alone too! Read more
Great service, food normal for a Subway, the restaurant itself is a little run down and not as clean as it could be.
