The line was long b/c one of the workers was very slow. He might have been new but he was very unsure about everything he did &... put a big strain on the lady working with him. They said hello in a very lazily sarcastic tone. The entire experience seemed rushed, likewe were interrupting something far more important than making sandwiches. I used to here fairly regularly, but service recently has drastically declined. Stopped in today to get subs for my wife and I.... After standing in line for 20 minutes while the lone gentleman was making the prior customers sandwiches, I was told that hedidn't have the time to prep for his lunch rush and was out of the materials to make our order. 105 champions drive lufkin tx, web site says close at 7:30, employee says closes at 7 pm over the phone to us, front door locked... before 630pm. She claims her manager came by before we could get there and told her to close. This has happened multiple timessince the employee change. The previous ladies were nice and knew what they were doing.
