I recently discovered the pineapple milkshake and have stopped at multiple Cook Out locations for them. So far everyone location... including this lugoff one has had friendly staff and fast service. Typical Cookout! Stopped by about 11:30PM on Labor Day, 2022. I ordered a large onion ring, Coke float, and corn dog. My Coke... Float was packed all the way to the top. Looked like about 98% ice cream and 2% Coke. Should be about 50/50%, but I digress. The ice cream was oozing through the straw hole on the lid, making a mess. I tossed it out because I wanted to drink it, NOTWEAR IT! Is it that difficult to leave about a half inch between the ice cream and the rim/lid? My onion rings were in a smallbag and consisted of two whole onion rings and three half rings. ???? Seriously???? My corn dog, in a styrofoam box had thestick broken next to the bottom of the dog. Oh, and I left what I thought was a generous tip, the change from a twenty dollarbill. I guess the crew inside felt differently, based on the way my order looked. I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and the chargrilled chicken is next level! Every time we've gone through the... drive-thru, the girls have been absolute sweethearts. Glad to have a new restaurant that's affordable and has so many options.And did I mention the milkshakes?! Yum! Read more
Been there 2 times. Both times order 2hot dog baskets with fries and okra. Both time. Only got 1 hotdog each. I could understand... if I had said two hot dog baskets but I specifically said I need 2of your 2 hot dog baskets. The first time got ff and onionrings. Those where good. The second time was ff and okra let me tell u the fries where hot but mushy and so was the okra. Andthe slaw was dry like no kind of liquid in at all. I hope things get better cause this community sure do need a staple hamburgerjoint. Read more
New place. Food was good. No seating outside. Lady refused to give me a refill of my drink. Minor inconvenience but still one... none the less. Traveling through and it would been nice to not have to stop again for a drink or pay over $2 for a cup of icewith a splash of coke. Read more
I love this location! This is a brand new store, and everything is flowing smoothly as can be. The employees are super... friendly, and the food is top notch. Traffic was easy to maneuver at the light, and we went on opening day and two days later.(This was a concern of locals.) Management has selected good people, trained them well, and is running this business right!! Iwish them much success! Read more
Brand new location, just opened, and already can?t get it right. It?s an all take out store, so adequate staffing should not be... an issue. However, somehow still managed to forget half my order. Received was a ?BBQ plate?, minus the fries and the hushpuppies. What?s left? A glob of dry shredded pork I and a dab of dry coleslaw. Might as well have taken a match to that $20bill. Read more
Very disappointing both times I have been at this location. The orders were not right, the fries were not fully cooked and... soggy both times. The drinks this time were not mixed right and all you can taste is the soda water. I was missing part of myorder as well. Was charged more than the advertised price and told that theirs is 2.00 higher. Read more
