The girl who was taking my order was very rude just seemed like I was bothering her by ordering food.

The pizza was fine. The girls in the drive thru who cussed me out, NO.

Absolute worst fast food in town. Hot and ready items are never hot and ready but tonight was the last straw. After a 10+ minute... wait to be helped, around 7:05pm tonight, I finally got to the window. I order a 3 meat. Nope. Yet again a hot and ready itemthat's neither. Being the fact I'm hungry and don't feel like going somewhere else I settle and ask for a basic pepperoni. Onceagain a hot and ready item isn't hot or ready. At this point the young lady at the window laughs and tells me all she has readyis a cheese pizza. That's the point where I just drove off. This location has awful, childish staff which is likely a directreflection of it's management. Sad to say a once reliable place has went so far down the drain that me, my family and my companywill NEVER do business here again. Read more

i called ahead and ordered the slices and sticks. they told me 15/20 mins on the phone but it was ready within 12 when i got... there. the food was delicious and the employees were super nice! Read more

Multiple times now I order online or call ahead and my food is almost never ready at this lugoff Little Ceasars. Even if its... "hot and ready" I've called ahead and my food wasn't ready. I'm currently still waiting for an order I placed online over anhour ago. I arrived right on time for my pickup which was 20 min ago now. Still waiting and now I'm late for the party. Mypizzas , the part that was ready on time, has been sitting outside of the warming oven since i got here so I'm sure they will besoggy and cold. Thanks for the poor customer service. The employees were extremely nice, but their carder reader wouldn't work for my Apple or Samsung pay. I didnt have my actual... card with me so I couldn't even purchase any food there. That obviously wasnt the employees fault though, but it was justdisappointing not to be able to get any food since I really had a taste for pizza. The customer service was great though Read more

Extra Most Bestest pizza is not worth your money! They are nothing like advertised. Some slices have little pepperoni on them. ... Store manager says maybe some pepperoni slides over when they take it the oven. I have never known pepperoni to slide. Falseadvertising it seems to me. I compared a regular pepperoni pizza to a Extra Most Bestest and they looked the same to me. Read more
