The lady running the walk in dining area was the absolute sweetest. I can't remember her name she had beautiful dark braided... hair and it started with a "ja" ?? She was very informative on the McDonald's app. Very great at multitasking. She explainedinformation to me while taking my order and typing it into the screen. All my food was fresh and just like we expect it to be.After a long morning we needed the experience we were give. I will now drive 15 minutes further to this location when we grabfood ?? Read more
Most the staff are great and have great attitudes!! Mrs. Katrina thats usually at drive through windows or front register is top... notch! Always has a smile on her face and gives the best customer service ???????? Only thing that sucks is in afternoons thelatte machine gets cleaned and no lattes for hours ???? But still much love ???? Hit or miss but I still try to be patient. Fast food is a hard line of work since COVID and I?m thankful regardless that their... open. My latest experience was nice. Speaker person asked me to wait a moment. A few minutes had passed. But I remained patientand she was thankful I did. I?m guessing it?s hard to find staff because I only saw about 3 people in the back. Including thegirl at the window handing me my food. Order was right and foot was hot. Read more
I?ve been to the lugoff, s.c three times. First time in line for 15 min. Second time, order was wrong. Today did it for me. Went... to order and the manger was on the head set apparently. Never cleared the screen from the last order told us hold another cardrove up and told to wait, the order was still up. The lady then starts to take the other person order that came behind us atthe drive through. We pull on around and she has attitude then started talking to the young lady that was very kind. She didn?teven try to take the and proceeded to complete the person behind order. She did don?t know the window was cracked and she wastalking junk and still attitude. Then asked the young lady if she was directing her attitude towards me and my daughter. I stillwaited.. never came to window. My daughter asked could we go somewhere else, so we left. I?ve been here before without the best service but I felt this afternoon deserves a review. Both windows displayed excellent... service. Both employees showed excellent customer service. They had great attitudes. I know working at a fast food restaurantisn?t the most rewarding job in the world but you get out what you put in and this young lady and gentlemen will go far if theykeep with the attitude they have. Great service with a great management especially on May 6, 2022 @ 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately there wasn?t any large tracts can in... the ladies restroom ???? to throw away ???? paper towels!!! This place gets worse all the time. I don't know why I go back, probably thinking they've gotten better. I ordered on the app,... and checked in when I got there. I saw the line for the drive thru was long, so I was glad I ordered ahead. Not the case...Iwaited 25 minutes for an order that says it will be "about 5 min." I finally got fed up after seeing the drive thru was almostempty. I went inside and asked to speak to a manager. A lady came up to the counter, and asked if I could wait a moment whileshe ran an order out, it was my order, so I told her not to bother I wanted my money back. She then went and asked another ladywhat to do. That lady told her," it's already paid for, it's hers" really?? The lady went in the back and came back with cashfor my order, and apologized. If the people I ran into that day are managers, I hate to see the future of this place....sad!! Read more
